RBP Finivis Pvt Ltd, an RBI-licensed Full Fledged Money Changer, operating the white-label forex platform described on this site. We are the data fiduciary for information collected here.

Business identity details, authorised signatory details, entity documents, and the branding you upload. Sandbox previews run entirely on mock data — nothing you do inside a preview is recorded as customer data.

Identity checks run through our verification partner. Aadhaar is captured in their hosted flow and never stored in raw form on our systems; we retain only the verification result and its reference.

To create your account, verify your entity as regulation requires, produce your quote, and support you afterwards. We do not sell partner data or use it for advertising.

Our verification, infrastructure and website-analytics providers, under contract, and regulators or law enforcement where we are legally obliged. Nothing beyond that.

The cookies we set ourselves do one job: signing you in and keeping you signed in. We also use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages get visited and where people leave the onboarding flow; it sets its own cookies to tell a repeat visit from a new one, and receives the pages you viewed, the city your IP address resolves to, and your device and browser. It never receives anything you type or upload — no form fields, no signatory or business details, no documents, no Aadhaar or PAN — and none of it is used for advertising. Blocking analytics cookies in your browser changes nothing about how the platform works for you.

Onboarding and KYC records are retained for the period mandated by RBI and PMLA rules. Abandoned signups are purged on a fixed schedule.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete anything not under a statutory retention obligation. Write to the address in the grievance section.
